How do we go about getting the Traveling Event Stamp box? We have a
phenomenal event stamp we'd like to include.
Thank you,

Do you mean you have a stamp you'd like to make into a box to send to events?
If you'd like to send an event box to an upcoming event, either post to the list to let folks know it is up for grabs or, better yet, contact the host of the event and arrange to send it to them. Be sure to have plans for what they need to do with it after their event...do they send it back to you or directly on to the next the event?
Good luck!

Actually there is a traveling event stamp letterbox already out there.. one
that anyone that is hosting an event stamps their event stamp into.. we're
trying to track it down.
Thanks for the help!

Touch base with She Who Plants (she's a member here), she created one
for the Eastern PA gathering and then took it to the Georgia
gathering....

I believe Maiden is referring to the wonderful letterbox created by ARose and initiated
at a gathering in Portland Oregon during the summer of 2002. This box has traveled
far and wide and should contain the imprints of many event stamps from coast to
coast by this time.
Who's got this gem in their hot little clutches? It had better not be that sweet, gentle
Brian, creator of several amazing event stamps himself...he just might make it into a
bizarre confection. Funhog

The PNW LbNA Traveling Event box was at the Great Lakes Gathering in
June. I believe Dragon was the one who sent the stamps on after
that and could tell you where it moved on to.

Hi gang,
The original thread for this was from Rustypuff; it seems that she
has a stamp to be included in the next gathering? In any case, the
PNW stamp is still here in Atlanta, along with many others, waiting
for the next gathering host or hostess to request them. Some of the
stamps were specifically sent for the Southeast Gathering and will be
heading back to their owners as requested.
